The organisation is managed by an Advisory Board which is the highest management level and oversees all affairs. The advisory board is made up of four Trustees and three senior management team (Executive Director, Programme Director and Accountant). The organisation functions today with five (5) permanent staff and two volunteers (temporary staff).

The Advisory Board of the Organisation has reviewed and retained the services of an External Auditor (Messrs E. UDO – UMO & CO. (CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS), No-8, MATTHEWS STREET, SURULERE, LAGOS, NIGERIA with the responsibility of auditing the books and account of the organization for another year 2014-2018 period.
